What we collect

When you book a call. We collect your name, email address, phone number and, if you provide it, your website or Instagram address. The booking form is provided by Cal.com.

When you email us. We keep your email address and the content of your message.

When you browse the site. We use visitor statistics from Cloudflare, our host. They count visits and page views in aggregate, with no cookies, no identifiers, and no tracking of anyone from one visit to the next. These statistics cannot tell us who you are.

We collect no sensitive information and buy no contact lists.

Why we collect it

Call bookings — to schedule and conduct the call, follow up, and continue the relationship if you become a client.

Emails — to reply to you.

Visitor statistics — to understand how the site is used, in order to improve it.

We use your information for no other purpose without asking you first.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies.

Your language choice and preferences are stored locally in your browser, on your own device. This information is never sent to us and is not used for any tracking.

We use no profiling technology, no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. That is why this site does not ask for your consent — there is nothing to consent to.

Who your information is shared with

We never sell your information and never share it for commercial purposes.

It is processed by the providers that operate this site, solely for the purposes described above:

Cal.com — scheduling — United States
Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, security, email routing and visitor statistics — global network, including Canada and the United States
Apple (iCloud) — email inbox — United States

Information transferred outside Quebec

As the list above shows, some of these providers store or process data outside Quebec, mainly in the United States.

Before using a provider located outside Quebec, we carry out a privacy impact assessment and ensure the information receives adequate protection there, particularly in light of generally recognized personal information protection principles. These transfers are governed by a written agreement with each provider.

How long we keep it

Call request with no follow-up — 12 months after last contact.

Client — for the duration of the business relationship, then six years following the end of the last fiscal year the information relates to, in line with our tax and accounting obligations.

Emails — 24 months after the last exchange.

After these periods, information is destroyed or anonymized.

How we protect it

Access to your information is limited to those who need it to do their work. The site is served over HTTPS, accounts holding your information are protected by two-factor authentication, and we choose providers with their security practices in mind.

Your rights

At any time you may ask us to:

  • access the information we hold about you;
  • correct it if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
  • delete it, where keeping it is no longer justified;
  • withdraw your consent to its use;
  • receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format, or have it sent to a third party you designate.

Write to [email protected]. We may ask you for proof of identity before acting on a request, and we respond in writing within 30 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec: cai.gouv.qc.ca

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top always indicates the version in force. Any significant change will be flagged on the site.
